What is EFT?

Eft is often described as acupuncture without the needles. It works by tapping various meridian points starting at the top of the body and working down whilst using very specific and focused talking. Combining these techniques (acupuncture and psychology) we are able to get to a deeper unconscious level and change negative beliefs. EFT works well because it links the mind with the body.

I will lead you through the specific places to tap on your body using two fingers, whilst discussing the issues present. We will do this process together.  EFT can also be done via a Skype session.

Negative Belief Systems

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself if your beliefs are really yours? Or did someone pass them on to you?

Many of us may have unconscious feelings or beliefs such as:

  • I'm not loveable
  • I'm not attractive enough
  • I'm not good enough
  • I'm not clever enough
  • Why does this always happen to me? (The Victim Mentality)
  • I can't do it

But where did they come from? Often they're from childhood, through years of social conditioning. These limiting and often unconscious beliefs hold you back in your life playing out in many situations like personal or work relationships. EFT can remove limiting beliefs leaving you free.

Empowering Language

It is important to use positive language and self talk both consciously and unconsciously. This in turn will impact your reality. We will work together to retrain bad habits and change your language and thoughts to attract what you want in your life rather than focusing on what you don't want. Evidence suggests that habits can be changed in just two weeks.

I often combine EFT & Reiki together in a session to cut through to the core issues & beliefs that are holding you back. Think of an issue you'd like to deal with and we then change the patterns. We will concentrate on specific feelings, past or current events and find the core issue - then turn it around into a positive result for your future.

Who Endorses EFT?

The likes of: Deepak Chopra, Cheryl Richardson, Bruce Lipton (PhD) and Eric Robins have all used EFT. And recently it has been used by Lily Allen.
